Will my home be listed on all major platforms?
Yes. Your home is listed on the MLS and syndicated to Zillow, Realtor.com, Redfin, and dozens of other high-traffic real estate sites.
Are there any upfront costs?
None. There are no marketing fees or hidden costs. I only get paid when your home successfully closes.
What about the Buyer's Agent commission?
The 1.5% fee covers the listing side of the transaction. Offering a buyer-agent commission is optional and we can discuss a strategy that attracts the most buyers for your specific property.
Can I cancel the listing if I change my mind?
Absolutely. I believe in earning your business every day. If you aren't satisfied, you aren't locked into a long-term commitment.

Yes. High-quality imagery is essential to a successful sale. Every 1.5% listing includes professional photography to ensure your home stands out online.
